Is there really a difference between the mindset of women and men (on the whole) in regards to health and wellness?

There isn’t a right or wrong answer but I wanted to begin this dialogue with you to see what your take is on it…

Which of the following do you believe to be true to the male or female species in general?

  1. Take steps to eat right every day.  Partake in regular exercise.  Make a conscious effort to drink water every day.  Possibly take supplements.  Interests in bettering mental health and growing spiritually.
  2. Will eat whatever is in the budget and fills the belly up.  Never worry about exercise, walking to and from the car to the house is enough walking for one day.  Water is for the birds-there is enough water in sweet tea or soda for the body to be healthy.  Would rather watch sports or the news than read a book-especially after a hard day at work.

Alrighty then…so in your opinion what scenario fits best if we could generalize men and women in their daily habits?

Also, what is your explanation for people who eat toxic food all the time and never exercise but they appear to only occasionally be sick?
