Pay Now Or Pay Later
I have to say that I ran into a woman at Publix the other night…she had an entire grocery cart full of goods.
Not that it’s anything new that people are looking to save money in this economy-
She had umpteen coupons and I was just looking at every item that went across the scanner.
She only paid $24 for the entire cart full…I was amazed and sad all at the same time.
Why might you ask???
She saved so much money, why was I sad and not just amazed?
The only issue I had with this situation I was watching was that in her buggy
Was 99% processed foods, nothing natural, raw, or just fresh…
Oh well, I did see bananas -BUT THAT WAS IT.
So in business I’ve been taught that we either pay now or pay later-
Meaning that to get what we want there is always a sacrifice to get there.
Most people deep down want to be healthy and live a fruitful life yet they fill their bodies with CRAP food
But all the while they SAVE MONEY…when really THEY DON’T-because they will
Have medical issues and bills that will bring down the entire family and friends surrounding.
Tree Hugin’
I think it was Bill Maher that asked the question
“when did it become snooty to care about where our food comes from?”
To me I took that to mean so much of society looks to people like me who like to eat organic,
Who actually question what’s in our foods-not to loose weight
(because if you know me OBVIOUSLY I don’t need to loose weight)
Who like fresh foods, not cheap inexpensive food that might fill us up but create havoc on our health-
To be “snooty” or maybe to be a “tree huger”
I’m so proud to be considered a “tree huger” or even “snooty” in regards to health and wellness…
Because when I look around at what people are mentally and physically feeding their families it can
Bring me to tears because some people need an awakening like I thankful feel that I’m having in my life…
~~~I guess that’s why I’m so dedicated to being apart of raising the conscious vibrations of the human race~~~
FRESH FROM THE GARDEN
And Oh So Good!
This is the payment I’m making now…the sacrifice (although I don’t feel it really is for me because I love it)
To take my family’s time and energy to plant a garden, weed the garden
And harvest wonderful veggies that we KNOW where they come from
We know they are vine ripened
We know that there were no harmful chemicals used
We feel and taste the difference
And are so thankful for our garden and the good it’s doing in our lives.
We choose to PAY NOW for our health
Even if it means getting dirty
And not using coupons!
