Aerial Yoga
So many people ask me what is yoga?
The word Yoga is an ancient Sanskrit work that mean to Yoke…Yoga traditionally can be summed up though as the practice that invokes the union of body, mind and spirit!
To me Yoga has been a practice in my life for over a year now that I totally fall in love with more every day…the practice of Yoga helps me to step out of the many hats that I wear on a normal basis, I forget about the past and don’t focus on the future but just enjoy the present moment (which is what we have anyways really when you think about it).
What Feelings do I Get From Aerial Yoga
I feel that the practice of Yoga makes me a better human being; I have more flexibility in my every day life, I am more peaceful and level headed, I have better thinking skills, I have a better understanding and “relationship” with my body, I also feel my body has so much more strength, and overall Yoga is one practice I look forward to each and every day.
I’m so thankful for Jordan to have introduced me to the practice of Aerial Yoga…I SO LOVED IT. I think maybe in another lifetime I was a circus performer or something because it was so much fun, relaxing, yet a fantastic physical work out, and not to mention I felt nature as the cool breeze and smell of the ocean whisked by my face the whole practice. I can’t wait to practice again!!!
